Lyndsay’s Allen County Twirlers (Lyndsay's ACT) is an after-school youth program in the Fort Wayne, Indiana and surrounding areas. Classes are offered after school in the Fort Wayne Community and the East Allen County School districts.  Lessons are held weekly September to May.

Classes are taught under the direction of Miss Lyndsay Buesching and her qualified teaching assistants.

Hundreds of girls between the ages of 5 and 18 have participated in this program that has been established for 12 years.  Students are separated into classes of similar grade level and experience.

Lyndsay's ACT members have performed for various community sporting events including performances for the IPFW Mastodons and the Fort Wayne Mad Ants basketball league.  Advanced members of Lyndsay's ACT have competed and won on a local, regional, and national level.

In this program, students learn a variety of performance skills. They are given instruction in baton twirling, dance & technique, pompon, and cheerleading skills. Classes also consist of flexibility and fitness exercises to build stamina and strength.

Students:
Learn marching fundamentals, floor formation techniques, and choreographed routines set to fun, age-appropriate music.
Have fun in a structured, organized, and             positive atmosphere.
•  Develop strength and flexibility.
•  Increase ambidexterity and self-esteem.
Build life, social, physical, and performance skills.

Most importantly, they go home happy!
