What makes a successful team?

Team members are loyal.  They attend every lesson & extra practice.

Are friends.  They care about each other for the good of the group.

Work together.  They discuss problems to find solutions and they  keep personal problems away from class.

Learn to control their own jealousy.  Part of competition is learning to win, learning to lose, and how to handle yourself in each situation.

Consider themselves special at all times.  Not just one or two in the group are special in the coach's eyes, EVERY-ONE IS SPECIAL in the coach's eyes.

Learn when to play, when to work.

Encourage each other, help each other...accept help from another.

Practice outside of class to maintain the same ability level as the rest of the group.

It's the little things that make a big difference...
